Review copies of the book went out to seven friends so that I could get a tiny bit of feedback and make some last minute alterations. That's why I took the book offline for a few days after it was initially offered. They gave me some crucial pointers which helped me not only improve the book but also come to the decision to include a nice chunk of Part II in this volume. The photo below is from a friend in Rhode Island. He claims to be "looking forward to reading it." I can't vouch for the book's quality, but I do know that it is finished in the sense that it is now available to the public warts and all.
